When our Dad passed away this past winter we just assumed that we would sell the house on our own. Several village residents contacted us that they were very interested in the home and wanted to know what we would be asking for it. After several weeks spent going through family memorabilia and kicking around what to price the house at, we soon realized that this was a very emotional journey and we needed to at least investigate a realtor's advice. We did an online search of reviews on local realtors and found Teresa. Her reviews were consistently excellent and she met with us the day we called her. We found her to be friendly, knowledgeable and listened to all our concerns. Once we signed on with her, she went to work right away and also brought in a professional photographer who took beautiful photos. Long story short, we got 5 offers on the house within a week and were offered $20,000 over asking price. We realize now that, even with the commission we paid, we still came out ahead by hiring Teresa. We live about an hour away from Dad's house and didn't have to worry about being there to show the house, didn't have to hire an attorney to go over offers, etc. She did all that and much more for our family. We would recommend Teresa to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the area!

She got the deal done. Was very quick to respond. Just wish her negotiating was better with this very demanding buyer. Also a little more time and effort to learn my home. Such as Warranties and all the new updates. Buyer used a very aggressive home inspector to point out even the small new home owner do it yourself stuff. Codes are codes but using 2021 codes for a 1942 home is amature not realistic.
Teresa was very friendly and helped make the process run smoothly. She met us at many different homes and was very helpful in showing us potential problems (older windows, roofs, etc) She knew wahat to look for and was honest in talking about homes that were ridiculously overpriced or if she thought the home was worth the price they were asking and why. I would highly recommend!

She was so patient and I knew she was the realtor to have working for me! She also was there for me in selling my home and finding my now forever home.
