Tamara was wonderful to work with. She helped us work through every step in terms of assessing what we needed, how to prepare our house for sale, negotiating the needed repairs, and the eventual steps to closing. I recommend her 100%. She's also very good at listening to any concerns you have, even the irrational ones (!), about selling your house.

This is our second time working with Tamara on our house needs. We have purchased a house and have sold a house using her expertise. Our most recent experience was in selling our house in June 2020 during a pandemic with so many unknowns. We had a tremendous experience in selling our house quickly and got well over asking price in the process. We have used Tamara twice and she was great! She was very helpful in setting expectations and giving us good feedback on what things we needed to update (what would get us the most bang for our buck). She is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us settle on a reasonable price. We moved out of state, but if we still lived in Ohio and needed to sell another home we would definitely use her again.
