My wife and I met with Suzanah and after our meeting she stated that she can list our house for sale for ‘x’ amount of dollars and when she submitted the BMA to the relocation company she priced down our house for 45K less than the price she stated/agreed in our meeting. She also told us that we are the one need to pay the real estate commissions which was not correct…we are selling our house through the relocation company and they will take care of all expenses for us…I don’t recommend her.
Sue was wonderful and informative throughout the whole process. This was my first time buying a home, so I had a lot of questions. She really knew her stuff and I trusted her guidance the whole way through. Her husband was also very sweet and had many years in the real estate industry as well. They both made me feel secure in my decisions and went above and beyond just the standard home buying process. I will definitely go to her again in the future!
