Steve is an awesome agent to work with. He was very honest and up front about the process and what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell. Once he listed our property he was all over social media getting the word out on our house and creating excitement. It paid off as we had multiple offers within a week of being listed, and we listed the weekend after Thanksgiving! Steve goes out of the way to help you get your house on the market and afterward.

I would highly suggest Steve Smith, he has extensive knowledge in the sales arena. He taught us how to stage our home to maximize the interest. His marketing team went all out to get out home in front of potential buyers, and ultimately sold the home. We are using Steve now to purchase our forever home!
