Chelsea is simply amazing. She keeps going and works endlessly to get what her clients want. I was about ready to throw in the towel, but she kept going and she found me my dream home. It's been 4 years today that she said "you're pending!" So many memories have happened in this house. Memories that I didn't even know were possible. And because of that, we will be using Chelsea again very soon, to find us something a bit bigger to accommodate our growing family.

Chelsea did a great job helping us find local homes within our budget and location preferences. She went out of her way to help us tour homes with a busy schedule and had others fill in for her while she was sick so we could stay on schedule. Chelsea has been my go to for any and all realtor related information. Her knowledge of the local area, the market, the process, and professionalism is unmatched. I have had Chelsea through the process of purchasing two homes. She has gone above and beyond to hear what I am looking for and providing me in depth recommendations in locating a home that I would love and enjoy. She’s very helpful in pointing out issues that might have been overlooked, providing insight on flaws, and making sure you are getting the best product and home possible, as close as can be to your needs and desires. Chelsea has also helped multiple friends of mine in buying and selling homes in and out of the area. She streamlines the process and I have never had to worry about a thing. I have no experience in purchasing real estate as this was my first home purchase. But believe me when I say that as chaotic and stressful as that process can be, this was the absolute most ideal scenario. All of that is because of Chelsea. She is truly an impressive, intelligent, caring, realtor. There was no limit to what she was willing to do to help. She made herself available at almost all times of any day. She is a professional. I have worked with Chelsea a few times, actually I have bought and sold and than bought and sold again. She NEVER stresses me out about anything, she handles it all. Chelsea also will pay very close attention at closing so nothing gets into the closing that should not be. She really does take "your best interest" to an entire new level. She will make recommendations on what she thinks is best for YOU, and you can make the decision from there. I would not use anyone but Chelsea, I trust her decision process and never doubt her. From listing to closing I know she has it and I need to not worry about anything. When I find my next home I would not hesitate to call her. Always a stress free, worry free process all they way to the closing. Even after closing she will check on you and see how things are going and if you have questions. She does have "your best interest", without a doubt!
