Sheryl helped me navigate the sale of my dad's estate. I was out of state and she took care of everything for me. She made the process easy and was amazing through all of it. Sherlock Wingate was very easy to work with and made the whole process flow. When I had my multitude of questions she answered all and explained things to make it easier to understand. With Sheryls knowledge and professionalism we have been able to purchase three foreclosures so far. Our first experience was at the big HUD auction where we purchased two homes. The third one was a regular foreclosure. With Sheryl's expertise and guidance, these purchases went very smoothly. We have truly enjoyed working with her.

Sheryl is a great realtor for anyone looking for a home or property. She is friendly, easy to work with, and very responsive. When I was looking for a property to buy she spent lots of hours locating, showing, and making recommendations for me to consider. She went the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for even though sometimes I didn't know myself. If you need the services of a realtor I would highly recommend giving her a call.

I was buying a house on line from 1400 miles away. I had been searching listings for over a year. Finally a house came on the market that I was very interested in and it had only been on the market 2 days. With in a couple of hours she had driven out to the house taken video footage and sent it to me over the internet. After gathering more information for me in a very timely manner I was able to get my offer in that day! Would have lost the bid for the house if it wasn't for her quick response to my request.
