Carly was incredible to work with! She never once pressured us during our home buying experience and truly listened to what we were looking for. She sent us listings, met with us at the drop of a hat to go see properties and when we found our dream property, she advised us on the best way to put in an attractive offer and helped us get selected with a competitive bid. She really knows what she's doing and has so many contacts in the industry that she can turn things around quickly and she gets stuff DONE! Great communication via text/phone/in person. Working with Carly was a great experience. We are new to the area and she provided excellent support as we worked through finding the best location for our family. Her knowledge of the entire Kitsap area was very helpful as we weighed a variety of options. She was patient as we visited several homes, and gave good advice regarding the pros and cons of each one. Carly did a great job helping us through the competitive buying process and her experience in writing offers was a significant part of us getting the home we wanted. We highly recommend Carly!

Carly unfortunately came down with Covid right before we were supposed to meet to go over everything for listing our house. I asked if we should find someone else but she was still enthusiastic and insisted she was up for the job. Even while feeling ill she made herself available to answer questions and offer advice. She works with an amazing team that was able to come meet with us and have Carly on FaceTime while we did a walk through and went over her welcome packet. She is very thorough and I was really impressed with what all she offered for her listings. The staging, pictures and video were high quality and beautiful. I feel her listing price was competitive with similar properties and she explained how it would get the most eyes on our property to get us the best offer possible. We ended up getting a fantastic offer well above asking and since we wanted to leave town sooner than originally thought she was able to get our closing date moved up by over a week. I highly recommend Carly and her team for any of your real estate needs!

We sold our first small two bedroom home with Carly in order to purchase a larger home, where we hope to start our family. Carly is a 5-star, A-plus, top notch realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She knows the market very well, and leverages her professional relationships to provide the best service to her clients. She sold our home very quickly, and made our offer stand out in a seller’s market to quickly close on a second home. She was patient with our many questions, calls, and texts. Her support staff was wonderful as well. If I could give her more than five stars I would. Selling and buying is an enormously stressful process, but she made it as smooth as possible.

Yes...Carly gets 5 stars straight across the board. She handled everything with professionalism but with a personal touch. Having my husband out of the country while searching for a home was a little more difficult, but with Carly and her team...they were with me every step of the way. The whole transaction was smooth and we couldn't be happier!! I would highly recommend her and we will definitely utilize her services in the future!
