Shannon Hilliard helped us sell two homes and purchase another. She was unbelievably responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying and selling process. We cannot highly enough recommend working with her. We are in our dream home thanks to Shannon.

I just closed on a property in Missoula, Montana. (Apr. 2020)I was referred to Shannon by another home owner/investor who had used Shannon previously for purchasing property in the Missoula, Montana area.I contacted Shannon at the beginning of January. I was doing a 1031 exchange and time was of the essence!! Shannon did an absolutely amazing job in finding properties that would work for me, narrowing that search down to two properties, and finally helping me close on the property that looked the best.I can't say enough good things about her work ethic, professionalism, knowledge of the real estate market in Missoula, and her negotiating skills.She was always available and very responsive to every question that I had for her. Her judgement about property value is incredible.When I'm ready to purchase more property in Missoula, I will definitely be calling Shannon Hilliard at Ink Realty!!

Shannon was an excellent agent. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding my husband and I our first home. She knows the area and could give us great advice on what neighborhoods were great and which ones were not. She also advised us on houses that would be good for resale value later on. She also has good connections with others in the home-buying business like lenders and home inspectors and the like. We LOVE her!!!!!
