Dawn is very well known in Montana as being one of the top real estate professionals for our state. Dawn was perfect for us. She sold our lake property without a complaint or mistake. Dawn is very hard working and always checked in on us even when we were packing. Dawns assistant Anna is also very polite and always available. I will always recommend Dawn as the best in Montana.

When my husband and I decided to sell our custom Montana home, we encountered an unexpected mindset with local realtors – ‘realtors in Montana take vacation in the winter,’ which seemed illogical since a sale of a property does not. Dawn was amazing. She went above and beyond in every way. She got an incredible price for my home. And her team was fantastic, too -- they even helped me with repairs and finishing touches, stepping in to do some of the work themselves. Dawn is highly skilled and professional. I trusted her judgment completely, which was invaluable. Other agents had advised me to spend thousands of dollars on things like buying new appliances. She assured me that the house was fine just the way it was. And she was right (I got full-price). Selling a home is stressful, but once I found Dawn, it was smooth sailing.

It’s always difficult to choose a real estate agent, particularly if you have friends or family in the business.
