Shelly helped me with a difficult transaction (short sale) at a difficult time in my life (end of a 27 year relationship) and under difficult circumstances (I was out of state at the time). She kept me informed and acted as an intermediary for me with the bank and my ex. I would definitely recommend her to anyone (and as a matter of fact do.) I had been a real estate broker for 30 years, so I really appreciate the great job she did for me.
