I cannot say enough about how amazing Merrilee and her assistant, Kaileigh, were to work with. Even though the market was really starting to slow down, Merrilee’s tenacity and experience had our home under contract within a week. We had a small window of time to be ready to move and our home needed more TLC than we had time to provide prior to closing. Merrilee and Kailleigh showed up and did some additional cleaning, staging and even a drywall patch. Their willingness to go above and beyond really sealed the deal for us. Merrilee’s knowledge, integrity, and genuine care for her clients is second to none. If we could give more than five stars, we definitely would! Merrilee is absolutely The Best!

MerriLee and her assistant Kaileigh saw the potential and spent the time and money to assure that our home felt welcoming and inviting upon entering the front door and then throughout the remainder of the home. MerriLee is a fantastic agent! She asks great questions, and listens well. She is knowledgeable and insightful, and gives her opinion with grace and humility. She loves to comment how she "wishes she had a crystal ball" regarding the housing market. And, wouldn't you know it, the fact that none of us is able to see what's coming tomorrow came into play as we sold our house this fall.
