Julie and her team are a force to be reckoned with—expect prompt responses to your email questions (even if you ask in a panic at 10:30pm), local knowledge of the area, and a team that will not waste your time. Julie and her team were amazing!! They have such an extraordinary understanding of MIssoula, of human behavior and the market. They staged and priced the house perfectly and had it sold in a couple of days. They stepped in and supported us with everything, even things we did not even know we would need help with. They went way beyond what a realtor's job description is and found careful movers and meticulous cleaners. Julie took the stress away and made this experience one of the most positive moments in our lives. We are so grateful and feel profoundly lucky to have such honest, hard working and kind people to work with. They are a mighty force of good!

I can't imagine a better experience with selling a house than the one I had with Julie Gardener and her team at Lambros Real Estate. Julie, Shawn and Rainey were incredibly helpful in taking a difficult situation- selling a house at a distance- and making it easy. They assessed what needed to be done to put the house in the best light, finding plumbers, house cleaners, woodworkers, carpet cleaners, a locksmith, furniture to "stage" the house and even replaced lightbulbs. When they were done the house looked great and they gave it wonderful exposure with excellent photos and internet presence. Every step of this process had a problem - but they had the solutions! I got Julie through a recommendation and only later did I hear I was lucky enough to get the best Real Estate Agent in Missoula. I am very grateful!

My experience with Julie and Shawn was amazing. They were on top of every aspect of our purchase and never once did I question whether or not I had the right people representing me. They made out purchase easy. We live in the Flathead and they always accommodated dates and times we could come look at the house, multiple times, and also accommodated our sons schedule who is in Missoula. We highly recommend the team and 5 stars just isn’t enough.
