Rachel has been very helpful, even when we had an issue after closing. It was such a challenge to buy a house, not living in the area, but we put our trust in her to help us. She has a lot of knowledge of the school districts, pros and cons of locations, and a good understanding of the math involved with offers.

Scott and his team were awesome handling an estate sale in Gilboa. Being that we lived downstate we needed a firm that could handle everything remotely. I did not meet or work with Scott. I worked with Sarah D'Angelo on the sale of my home. She was very responsive to calls and emails (even in the evenings). She is very kind and professional. What made her stand out to me was her knowledge in her field. She was able to guide me while also handling a multitude of other things with ease (bank, buyers realtor, inspectors, etc). I firmly believe that if I had any other realtor, I would not have sold my home (and surely not 30k more than I expected to). She was able to bring in more than 10 offers on my home. My sale was complicated (prior to hiring Sarah) and she did not miss a beat. Her expertise was instrumental in every step of the process and was quit impressive! I would highly recommend Sarah!

She helped us plan for an open house that ran smoothly and efficiently, and we ended up with multiple offers over asking on our previous home.
