I would give 10 stars if I could! A truly amazing experience! Matt was extremely polite and professional. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions. We were impressed at how quickly we were initially contacted - less than an hour of sending our first email. He came out the very next day and met with us. He told us he could have our house sold in 10 days or less and he did not disappoint!!! Within four days of our home being listed we had the new owners ready to make an offer! The process, from start to finish was a complete breeze! We would highly recommend Matt and Country Boy Realty if you’re looking to sell your home, you won’t be disappointed. Also I have to add the photographer was amazing, the photos were absolutely beautiful and he captured the craftsmanship of the family home. It was hard to sell, but it’s nice to have the pictures that were posted to the website.
