Scott and Hailey of the ICON Team made selling my home the easiest process imaginable. I could not imagine working with anybody else. They treated us like we were their family. They did everything imaginable for us, and always went the extra mile. Even after having a hitch with our first offer, they jumped back in with both feet and had a second offer in less than 24 hours. Everything from listing the house, staging the house, showing the house and closing on the house was so incredibly stress-free. Scott Laird and Desirae Borkowski were excellent. They made the process of selling my home simple. Helped me stage my home and I was able to sell it on the first weekend it was on the market. They knew what I needed and got me the best deal. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my calls and text in a timely manner. Will do business with them again.

They handled our situation very professional and quick. We sold and bought our home within 2,5 months. They gave us great tips and made great pictures of the house in order to sell. They took all our worries away by taking responsibility and acted quick on all the steps we had to go through. Jeremy W. the realtor that was directly involved with us together with Devan who negotiated on our behave, did an amazing job. They where on top of their game! Scott did not do anything to earn our business as he was only affiliated with our builder, Gehan. The only reason we went on board with Scott is because we were told he could get us out of our apartment lease which we later found out that many people can do. After the brief initial conversation about the lease when we started the process, there was zero communication with us despite being our realtor. We were acting as our own realtor by communicating with the builder, the lender and everything else. We received no updates from Scott until we missed our closing and then he decided to actually work for the money he was receiving. After an appraisal issue postponed our closing to the following week, Scott offered to pay a portion of the appraisal discrepancy alongside our lender, however, once the appraisal was approved he rescinded the offer despite being such a low amount. My experience with Scott was terrible and it was very clear from the start it was all about money, there's no way I would suggest anyone to sign with Scott when the realtor is supposed to look out for your best interest.
