We called Rakesh when our parents moved out of their house due to his extensive knowledge of the local market including builders as there was a vacant lot next to the house. He developed a plan, went through the house and made some suggestions and helped guide us through a rough situation. Our family has used him several times in the past and will not hesitate to call him again with whatever we need be it buying or selling.

Rakesh was terrific. He really guided us along through our sale and purchase. He was confident in his predictions of how things would go, and he was absolutely spot on. I cannot say enough good things about Rakesh Ram and the Ram Real Estate Group. They are exactly what I look for in any provider. They are professional, easy to work with, deep knowledge of their business, long successful track record, inspire confidence that things will get done. At the outset, I felt there must be a reason Rakesh and company has been known in the Cincinnati area for a very long time.
