Rachel is a top notch realtor who works very hard to sell your home or to find you a new one. She recently sold a home for me. She has a professional photographer who takes amazing photos of the home you are selling. She did an open house and also did a postcard mailing—both were done the first week the home was on the market and it sold within days. She is definitely in this full time and for the right reasons. I would recommend her without hesitation!!

Rachael helped me find everything I wanted in my first home! She was very knowledgeable about the listings I was interested in and quick to set up visits. When we found *the one* Rachael got my offer in right away and out of 7 offers (even a higher bid) they picked mine because of her recommendations and communication with the sellers agent. She was there for me every step of the way from connecting me with a loan officer and title company to helping me transfer utilities. She also responded quickly to any questions and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Rachael was amazing in everyway. From the moment we went to her open house we knew we wanted to use her as our relator. She was prepared, informed, and thorough throughout our whole home buying procedure. Our bank gave us some troubles and not following thru with dates promised and Rachael was on them to get what we needed in the time we needed it. She followed up with them and kept us in the loop. Even with the struggling process with the bank Rachael kept us positive and always was there to answer any and all questions. She made the home buying process AMAZING!

She made it so easy for me throughout the whole process and worked around my crazy schedule, as a single mom and a first time home buyer. Rachael was the best realtor to have through the process of buying my first home! She is very patient and will take as much time as needed to answer all your questions and concerns throughout the process. As being a first time home buyer I didn’t know who to use for inspections, mortgage, and the title. Rachael helped with all of those and got great people to do it. Any time I have a need for a realtor Rachael will be my go too!
