Penny was an amazing resource that was able to assist us with multiple showings anytime we asked. Several times we requested showings on short notice and she was able to accommodate. Once we found a home that we love she was by our side through the entire process. She coordinated all of the inspections with the vendors and made sure that we were getting the best around. Penny is the most thoughtful, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly realtor I have ever worked for. I have bought and sold a lot of houses. She knows what she is doing and she is not pushy. If you have a question that she is not sure of the answer, she will tell you and get the answer in a very timely manner.She is so sweet and so real. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I will for sure go with Penny.
