Ann was amazing from the beginning to the end. We have sold several houses in the past and never have ever had a realitor to be so dedicated, hard working, getting answered, keeping the ball rolling, very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Ann was very open to hearing all our requests and helping with everything she could. She also was an expert in everything on her end and the few things she didn't know herself she had contacts that she reached out to who were able to get the information/help needed quickly. We've owned multiple homes in the past and this was by far the most pleasant experience we've had with a realtor. Ann is amazing and I would definitely refer her to anyone I meet.

Ann actually sold me my house over 15 years ago and when I reached out this year she was more than eager to help me sale it now. From the first consultation she explained the entire process and informed me of all the possible options as to deciding a realistic selling price. Her online advertisement of my home was totally awesome which garnered immediate interest and several offers within the first 4 days! Despite some last minute damage that occurred, Ann connected me with a handyman who provided fast service which kept our closing date on tract. And when it came to negotiations with the buyer's realtor, Ann was able to assure that our final selling price limited the amount of out-of -pocket expenses and even came in at higher than the asking price!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or to utilize her services again.
