Looking for my retirement home, I was referred to Nick Ayhan by my sister, Paulette. From start to finish, Nick addressed all my questions and requests in a timely, caring and professional way. Not only did Nick facilitate the purchase of my new home, but he went above and beyond to connect me with local resources to assist further in the transition. While my sister and I enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant we ran into Nick. I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to pay the bill to find it had already been paid for....thank you Nick! I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy a home. Me and my husband just recently went through the process of buying our first home and Nick was there to help us every step of the way. Any questions we had he was always on top of answering them as well as being available to set up appointments to see listings (and we saw a lot!). If you are looking for an agent who will always be there to help you out, Nick is your guy!

Nick is an amazing realtor! His listings are always on point from pictures, to videos to house staging, he does an excellent job! Got our first offer on our home within 24 hrs of the listing going live. He also helped us find homes for resale. I would definitely recommend him as a realtor for buying or selling any home ??

Nick is really great! We explained our situation, told him what we wanted to do and he made it happen. He sold our home in two days, and helped us make the offer on our dream home three days later. Nick’s knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He’s absolutely the best realtor we’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely work with him again, if we ever have the need!

Nick is the only realtor I will ever use. If you're looking to buy and/or sell, do yourself a huge favor and get ahold of him. He went far above and beyond my expectations. My home sold within a day or two after being listed and he was able to get me into my dream home. Nick is the real estate agent that everyone deserves but not everyone has the privilege of working with.

Thank goodness for nick! What an amazing and knowledgeable realtor. Through the entire buying/selling process nick was beyond helpful. We were in constant communication so I could have every question under the moon answered immediately. This for me was huge because our house selling process was a struggle (due to outside forces), Nick went above and beyond and fought for us, reassured us over the bumps we hit in the road would pass and now we are in the perfect new home and can move forward without any stress. Grateful he handled everything the way he did and cannot imagine going through anyone else. We actually started with a different realtor. We met Nick in Silverton at a house he was showing. When our agent no showed on us we kept Nicks card. We very happily made the call a week later and asked him to help us find a home. We looked at a bunch of homes and Nick was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We ultimately chose a new construction home and couldn’t be happier. Our family highly recommends Nick!
