Nick is an outstanding realtor. He was highly referred to me by a family member and he did not disappoint. I had a very complicated situation to sell my childhood home for my parents and he never gave up. The entire process took a couple of years because of several complications on my end as I am out of town and we needed to work with the State of NJ to approve the final sale. Nick was extremely knowledgeable of all of my options. He took the time to explain each step in the process to me. He took great care in ensuring my transactions were completed properly and on time. There are not enough stars on this page to give to Nick for the outstanding work he does. My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers and did not know anything about buying a house. Nick stepped in and made the process so smooth and easy for us. Every question we asked Nick was answered very quickly. We can't thank him enough for all his help and patience with the countless texts, phone calls, and emails to eachother. Thank you Nick for making our first home buying experience so awsome and fun!!!

Wow, where do I start! My experience with Nick Borrero was phenomenal!! He was always available via text, email, phone call you name it. My husband and 3 children had been looking for the perfect home and had it not been for the amazing, dedication of Mr. Borrero we'd still be looking. I can honestly say he is the perfect Realtor; he truly cares. He never made us feel that he couldn't find what we needed. Nick worked late nights and/or contacted me FIRST thing in the morning to answer any questions I had.Nick Borrero is the go to guy for all your house hunting needs because he is extremely passionate about making sure every family is happy. Nick made my first time home buying an absolutely stress free and amazing experience. He was knowledgeable and really payed attention to what I wanted. An attention to detail type person, which was perfect cause nothing slipped through the cracks with him and in the end my purchase went smoothly. I am so happy with my new home!!! Thank you Nick! Not only is Nick Amazing at his profession, but he's awesome with returning calls, being on top of things, and never has an excuse. Very Honest, loyal, and gets the job done. I have known Nick for a number of years, and I have always found him to be professional. When the time came that I needed a realtor, Nick was the first person I contacted. I not only felt I could trust him, but I knew he would be capable of getting the job done. Nick is a veteran, and that is another reason I wanted to give him my business. If he could volunteer to serve his country and sign up to defend our freedoms, then I would show my appreciation and give back by hiring him. Nick has been very prompt in answering my calls and questions, and was very helpful during the entire process.

He truly listen to what we were saying. He knew what we were looking for wasn't just a home for our immediate family but a homestead that would resonate God's true blessing in our lives. Our family used Nick to see our fathers home this month (May 2015). We couldn't of asked for a better realtor. Nick was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. He took care of every detail. Nick Borrero assisted, guided, advised and protected me and my interests during the process to purchase my first home in December 2013. Prior to closing on the property, he assisted me in my search for approximately two years. In so doing, he was very proactive in sending me listings he thought would be of interest to me, was always punctual; never late or rescheduled appointments. He was very patient with me during this process and he understood not only how important this was for me, but also how nervous and scary it can be for a first time home buyer. Although he doesn't deal with the financing, he was extremely knowledgeable in that area and advised me of every single thing, down to the very last detail, that I would have to do in preparation for purchasing the most important asset of my life.
