Honestly, if you’re looking for a real estate agent and team then look no further. Just use Nate. We have… three times, to be exact.Nate and his team have helped my wife and I with two home purchases and one sale and every experience has been seamless. He has an incredible attention to detail when analyzing your home to sell, and he’s always on top of market trends when it comes to putting together a strong offer.What really stands out is how well he and his team communicate. You’re never left wondering what’s going on as you get regular updates, check-in emails, even videos to keep everything clear and stress-free. Nate handles so much behind the scenes that you’ll feel like you barely have to lift a finger (aside from signing documents, of course).Beyond buying and selling, Nate is also deeply involved in the community. He and his team are always hosting fun events that bring families together and also to support meaningful charities. I've interviewed several realtors over the years just in case I wanted to be ready to sell my house. I've never, ever felt any pressure from Nathan. He was patient with me, showing me the comps, answering my questions. When it was finally time to sell my house, I just had to make one phone call and that was to Nathan. Nathan was very receptive to my wishes. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. Any issues that popped up, he worked with me to fix it. He went above and beyond my expectations. I'm happy I went with Nathan rather than selling privately on my own. I highly recommend him!

Nate helped me both buy and sell a house. This involved also helping me see some houses virtually during the pandemic. He always showed numbers / data about houses, including how trends changed over time, and he had a good sense of how markets would change in the future. He was able to meet with me to set things up, even though my schedule was difficult at the time. He set a time also to talk to me about my reservations about a house, and was considerate as I made a decision. Emily Merrell, who worked for Nate, was also great - very informative about the house, the pluses and minuses, and also took time to discuss the pros and cons of renting versus buying. Also helped me find an attorney, etc.After Nate’s help with buying, when I went to sell I had no hesitation about calling him. He helped me find a date to sell the house, which I think was important because in the particular place I was selling, timing mattered a lot. He showed me all the comps. He and his team then took care of everything, from cleaning to photographing (really great photos even with working around a moving pod).They also accommodated rescheduling the photos when my move date changed. Posting and showing also went well even though I had moved. He also took care of landscaping and fixed a circuit breaker, coordinating with the buyer. Overall was a great experience, and got a return that made it so that the predictions he and his team had made about buying being better than renting ended up being true. I could not have done it without Nate and his team!

Nate and his Team were so professional and efficient. The communication was fantastic and they were always there to help. They utilized so many resources. This was a challenging year of selling and buying a new home for my Mom. Nate and his Team made this transition so seamless. I so appreciate all they have done.

Nate was amazing. I worked with him as he was just getting his feet wet and felt like I was working with an experienced veteran. Can't get any better of a person than himself. He understood exactly what we were looking for and was able to present to us the top options that met our requests. He was very diligent in finding houses and getting us onto viewing lists. He made the entire process extremely easy.

Nate and his team are amazing. They went above and beyond for us for both selling our home and purchasing a new home. We have had the pleasure of working with Nate for about 8 years. He is extremely patient, kind, and giving. Not only did he keep in contact with us between home sales, but he also ensures we get together at least once a year whether it’s for thanksgiving pie pickup or an ice cream social. Nate spent the last 2 months showing house after house to us, until we had an offer accepted. He even went so far as to do virtual showings while we had Covid. His team really is the Dream Team.
