I can't recommend Mike enough if you are planning to either buy or sell your home. He handled both the recent sale and purchase of my new home. He is incredibly competent in all aspects of real estate. He has great resources and relationships with vendors for any quotes, repairs, and inspections. He keeps a great timeline during the stressful due diligence period. All that aside it is truly the way that he communicates with you that differentiates him from the rest. He always makes you feel comfortable, never oversteps boundaries, and fights for you as a client. Thanks Mike!

Mike was so communicative and reassuring through the buying and selling process. I never felt pressured nor discouraged while working with him. Mike was very involved and kept me updated on the progress of the sale of my house, which was very appreciated on my end. I felt comfortable enough to call or text him with any questions that I had, and he always got back to me quickly. Buying and selling is a very nerve racking process, but Mike always gave me truthful and helpful guidance! I will be using him for any future real estate needs and would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a realtor!

We were very impressed with Mike credentials and knowledge of the industry but most importantly for us, was his willingness to work with us in a difficult situation. He listened and understood what we needed and then stepped up, going over and beyond to make sure that our needs were met and we got the best sale for our property. Mike was amazing, worked with him last year and this year. Dude is all over the ball and is a great guy. Local who played for Carolina and just all around a genuine agent. Would recommend anyone use him for their largest life purchases.
