Michelle is the most helpful and honest realtor I've ever met! She goes beyond and above to help you in anything you'll need to make your real estate transaction a joyce one. She's very professional and most importantly she's a great human!! My realtor forever!

Never responded to my inquiry • Scranton, PA • 2023
I called Michelle and left a voicemail inquiring about a rental property. She called me back a couple hours later and when I said again which property I was asking about she unenthusiastically responded with “yeah, what’s up” the listing had been up for 22 hours and she said it was unavailable. Now 6 days later it is still listed as available. She said there was a similar property for rent in the same neighborhood and I asked to apply. She’s said for me text my name, email, and the address to her and she would send me the application. She never sent it (shocker). I understand being less than thrilled as a the listing agent for a rental where you will probably only make a few hundred bucks for leasing it, but still, be better. Not sure why someone trying to give you business gets an attitude, not to mention zero results. Thanks for wasting my time. Trying to find a place to rent and planning a move is stressful. If you reach out to a professional you’d hope for at the very minimum then following through on what they say they will, if nothing else.

Listed home, but didn't sell • Scranton, PA • 2016
Michelle Was highly recommended and we were very disappointed. She came into our house with very unrealistic pricing. When we questioned her pricing she was not happy and replied that ultimately it was our decision despite our telling her that getting the house sold quickly was more important than making a big profit. Her MLS description of our house was sketchy and lacked details. With each price reduction Michelle became harder to reach via text or email. I will say we had a good number of showings but appearently Michelle only followed up by email with the showing agent and I always had to ask for feedback after a showing. After over 4 months we changed firms and agents and with realistic pricing our house sold in 16 days. I would not recommend Michelle.

called her to see a home for sale.waited over 2 hours in my car.call her,she forgot about me.then i sit another 45 mins or more cause she tries to find someone else to come with me and no one can so she finally shows up..bad,,lousy..

She called several times to say she would be late. When she finally arrived at the gate (I live in a community), she didn't have proper ID to get access. She then called me and gave me the security code to access the premises without her. Not really ethical in my opinion. After I surveyed the property, I called her several times to follow up with questions. She never returned my calls, and the property was soon sold to another buyer.

We are currently closing on a home with Michelle. We sold our home and had to find a house ASAP she was not our agent that sold our home, we found her because she was mote knowledgeable of the area we were moving to. She immediately took us to see around 7 or 8 homes no issues. We found the home we wanted that day and she negotiated a very fair price and all repairs needed to pass for va inspection. She's been responsive the entire process and has made the buying experience ENJOYABLE.

Michelle is a Full Time Agent who is true professional and is very good at her job.Michelle has focus, is extremely organized and most importantly an excellent communicator.She helped us thru every step of the selling process and brought a buyer to us in less than 30 days.
