Michaelann? came to us unexpectedly and we were overwhelmed with her professionalism and knowledge. She has a way of making you feel like you have a good friend taking care of your needs. We thought buying a home from out of state would be difficult, but she was very attentive to our needs and and made the whole transaction very smooth.

MichealAnn is very responsive. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, especially Trilogy at Power Ranch. She has clients constantly contacting her about houses in the area. She was easy to work with. She was very fair at representing both the buyer and seller. We would highly recommend MichaelAnn. We would use her again if we had stayed in the area.

Michaelann is the best Realtor that I have ever dealt with. Michaelann is like the energizer bunny she works from early morning until night 7 days a week. She answers her phone and wants to help with every detail. She is organized, detail oriented, and responsive anytime. She opened her home up to us anytime day or night. Her Customer Service Attitude is like nothing I have ever experienced. Michaelann wants to help in anyway she can whether she is staging your home to get top dollar or fighting for you to get your dream home. My husband and I are very picky on everything we purchase and with service providers and Michaelann is the best you will ever find whether selling or purchasing. She is our Realtor and now our friend for life!
