We just closed on my parent's home in Trilogy and Mike and Lani went above and beyond! My Dad is not the easiest to deal with but Mike was really good at handling his objections and making sure the selling process went smoothly. We had tried to sell the house twice before with no luck. Mike and Lani worked really hard to get us the top price in this current market. I would definitely use them again!!!

My husband and I sold and bought a house with Mike and Lani West in Trilogy of Power Ranch. From start to finish, their professionalism was amazing. They truly know the business of buying and selling homes! They priced our home according to a thorough market analysis, had multiple open houses in a short period of time, produced vibrant photos both digital and displayed in a professional brochure and posted our listing on multiple sites. The result was a speedy sale for asking price in a market filled with buyer choices! They followed up by finding the perfect home for our needs and negotiating a fair deal. Working with the Wests while searching for our new home was a wonderful experience. They were friendly and professional, no matter how many homes we viewed or how many times we changed our parameters. They were knowledgeable on every aspect of the business, while at the same time caring more about finding us the perfect home than making a quick sale. Our search led us to a wonderful home within the Trilogy Power Ranch 55+ community in Gilbert, Arizona.
