Michael, Clara, Errin and the rest of the Horne Team were absolutely fantastic. Michael was amazing! Buying a house is supposed to be difficult...well not when you are working with Michael and The Horne Team. Michael was very attentive to us and our interest in purchasing a vacation home. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process. He was up front and very honest. Michael is fantastic! My mother used him a couple of times so that told me he must be amazing. She is tough to please! He was very patient with me while looking at properties and when I finally decided to buy, he went through the whole process with me step-by-step. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer representative. His office is really on the ball too. I highly recommend Michael-you won’t be disappointed.

To say Michael was superb is an understatement. He was truly a blessing through a very complicated process.A close family friend passed away, and my sister was the Executor/Trustee of his estate. Because she has health issues and lives 150+ miles from the deceased’s residence, she asked for my help to sell his house.Based on a recommendation from a neighbor, I contacted Michael and within an hour, he showed up at the house. We met for an hour and I explained as best I could the situation. He never hesitated, and when we were done, I was confident that we would get through it. We also discussed an estate sale. He made a call and within 30 minutes, an estate sales representative arrived to discuss liquidation of all furniture and personal belongings the deceased left behind. Soon, I had a team…the Horne Team and I wasn’t alone.The home was in disrepair and, due to the deceased’s health, had been neglected. Michael advised me on things requiring immediate attention and, since I live 500+ miles away, arranged for various services to mediate the problems. When a structural issue emerged, he arranged for multiple contractors to bid on the repairs and saved us significantly. There was nothing he couldn’t do. I felt like we were his only client.And when issues came up with trust, he and Erinn sought resolution and made it all work out. Needless to say, my sister was elated.Michael, Erinn and the whole Horne Team were responsive and, with their extensive knowledge of the market, far exceeded our expectations. Initially, he said he would have the house sold by Thanksgiving. It closed a day early and sold at a price above the listing. Thanksgiving came a day early.I cannot recommend him highly enough.
