Melia and her crew helped us far beyond our expectations and managed to streamline the process, even though our situation was complicated. Our realtor, Sydney, specifically, was informative, easy to talk to, and made what should’ve been incredibly complicated and difficult to manage less overbearing and easygoing. I’m glad we went with them, and think anyone looking for a house would do perfectly with them.

As someone with a lot of anxiety, I had fully convinced myself that buying a home would be extremely stressful and tough. Melia and her team proved me wrong in a single phone call. They are completely committed to you throughout the entire process. Melia is extremely transparent about properties, while also allowing you to come to your own decisions. She explains the home buying process and all paperwork thoroughly and never makes you feel silly for asking questions. We would recommend her to anyone we know and are so thankful for her team. We will definitely be returning when we decide to buy again.

WOW! Full Service agent & staff! From the very beginning Melia & Team handled everything with 5 star service, from the listing photos & details, offer/home inspection/repair assistance, to closing & moving date. We could NOT have had a better agent & staff to support our needs. After having Melia, the bar is set HIGH & highly doubtful we will ever experience this level of service again.
