Maci is the best realtor we've ever worked with, and this was for the third house that we've sold! She is very knowledgeable about the local market, has excellent tips regarding staging the home for photos, gives spot-on pricing advice that will help your house sell, and is always ready to negotiate terms with the buyer / seller on your behalf. We really appreciated getting her insights on selling strategy and what to do when the buyer asked for a large credit. Our house was in escrow within 24 hours after Maci listed it! We feel like we got a fair price and it was so nice to have a clean and expedient transaction. Not only is Maci very personable and pleasant to work with, we feel like she went above and beyond for us, even helping forward our mail and taking out the trash cans one last time. Maci was with us every step of the way with a positive, can-do attitude, even through the holidays and her whole family getting sick and her puppy having medical issues. We give Maci our highest recommendation, and should we ever buy or sell in SLO County again, we will choose her!

Maci was great to work with. Very professional, organized, she had more than a thorough knowledge of the cities and properties we looked at. There is a big difference in working with a novice real estate agent and a person who has been in the business for many years so we were so lucky to get Maci as our agent. Maci lives and breathes real estate and goes out of her way to make itineraries for her clients with all the pertinent information. She make sure that we, as the buyers, had all of our questions answered, and she knows the history and potential pitfalls of areas. We are so lucky to have her as our agent. Maci has done it again for our family. We were looking for a second home at the lake to be our one day retirement home. The market got really hot after all the rain that was filling up our local lake. Maci kept looking and showing several properties. What I respected most was her honesty about what would be a good investment or not. After several properties, she found an off market home that met all of our needs and then some. She worked with the sellers to get them where they needed to be and put together a deal that was mutually beneficial. I can’t thank her enough for helping us find our happy place at the lake. I will ever use anyone other than Maci.
