Lorena Lucio is very professional, informative, resourceful, responsive, detailed oriented, committed and is sure to customize to your needs.She was diligent and patient with helping us sort through the many options and finding exactly what we wanted. Everyone else in the process was dropping balls and making mistakes but she was amazing at helping stay on track and on top of fixing them all. She was the only one out of the entire team that was consistently reliable, and all of her stuff so she was able to get the job done right the first time! Honestly I don't know how we would have done it without her! Lorena is the absolute best! We were so fortunate to be connected with her through another Zillow-like platform randomly one night. She was very attentive and professional but the best part is that she fought for me to sell at my asking price. She also helped me throughout the entire process and arranged for me to do a remote signing since I wasn’t available and in town for the closing. Highly recommend.
