I truly cannot recommend Lindsay Ousley highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Kokomo area. I am new to Kokomo and was a first-time homebuyer. I was worried that, since I didn’t have a huge budget, I wouldn’t be treated the same as someone looking for a bigger home. My worries melted as soon as I began working with Lindsay. She treated me like a million- dollar client from day one. What really struck me about Lindsay is that she isn’t pushy - she made me feel entirely comfortable. She points out things you might not see, making sure you consider everything, and I really appreciate this about her. It’s clear that Lindsay’s primary concern is getting the absolute BEST for her client, be that the best home for their needs or the best price for their home. I’d always heard the home-buying process is stressful, but Lindsay made it an absolute breeze. She really knows her stuff and is amazing at educating and reassuring throughout the process. Lindsay is professional, hard-working, flexible, committed, and a genuinely trustworthy person. I have dealt with a few realtor's in my lifetime and Lindsay is by far the best realtor in the profession. Lindsay communications with her clients, and her follow up by keeping her clients in the loop is one of her many strengths. She puts in the hours needed to ensure she finds her clients the right home for them and their families. If you are in need of a realtor that is passionate about her profession, and the clients she serves, I would highly recommend Lindsay. When my husband and I contacted Lindsay to see homes she responded promptly. She listened to what we were looking for and we had a list of homes to see in our hands in no time. From “Day 1” Lindsay has been phenomenal! My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, and she walked us through every step. When we didn’t know what questions to ask, she asked them for us. She gave us opinions but never told us what we should or shouldn’t do as home owners. She worked around our schedules and was always available to us.
