My spouse and I had arranged with Key Team Member Todd Warden at the Victorian era mansion at 502 West Jefferson in Kokomo. I had pre-arranged and cleared with Todd for Paul Hayden, regional director of Indiana Landmarks in Wabash to accompany us and see this one of a kind home. Todd had also made arrangements with the octogenarian homeowner to be present so she could answer specific questions about the house. The circa 1900 brick mansion features a very rare exotic Moorish room upstairs similar to one seen in the museum house Seiberling Mansion, nearby and also in Kokomo. Todd deserves to be cited for going above and beyond his usual duties because my spouse had a new cell phone and was unable to get the map function working. We found ourselves in an industrial area of Kokomo we were unfamiliar with. After getting thoroughly lost, we called Todd and he said stay right there, he would come out to meet us and take us back to the property we planned to visit. Not many agents would drop everything and come to lost prospects aid in the manner that he did. (Big Thanks, Todd!) Todd Warden and the Key Team truly are real estate professionals.

Laura is amazing! My fiancé and I were looking at moving to Kokomo, IN from Michigan. She was able to accommodate us with showings on very short notice! We found one we wanted to look at and she found us 4 more similar to our interest to look at same day. When we decided to buy, Laura worked with our non traditional schedules (we both work restaurant/retail) and from 2 hours away! She was beyond helpful in the process when we had issues with our lender, and incredibly patient with our thousands of questions (being 1st time home buyers we had a lot)! When our friends from California decided to finally buy house here instead of renting, we of course sent them to Laura and she helped them find a wonderful house as well! Words can't express how much we appreciate her!
