Linda was so fantastic for us throughout the home buying process.She is knowledgeable and experienced, and walked us through every step of the way in an extremely competitive market! She helped us formulate multiple offers and ultimately get into our dream home. She knows a lot of agents in the area and this really helped with finding properties and accessing viewing periods. Scheduling with Linda was very easy.We would highly recommend Linda and Trillium!

We had an excellent experience selling a house with Linda. So many positives, but the main ones are that she (and her team) were responsive to our questions, set the right price for the property (an art AND a science!), moved quickly to take advantage of the market, helped us with all the details...everything along the way. We felt informed and cared for, and the stress associated with selling a house was greatly lessened by the competence of Linda and her team. Highly recommended!!!!

The Linda Lom Team of Trillium Realty was spectacular. I broke my shoulder five days after I had my belongings moved to my new place...and well before my condo was ready to sell. A team member made recommendations, met contractors, etc. ...in essence went far beyond what I would expect a realtor to do. My condo was sold within the first 24 hours of posting and at the full asking price. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I really can't say enough about what a positive experience it was working with the Trillium team. Linda and Madi calmly walked me through every step of selling my house, helping everything proceed as smoothly as possible.
