Libby was so helpful in every stage of selling our home, she takes care of every detail and makes everything run smoothly. Our home sold within a few days of being on the market and we couldn't have done it without the professionalism and knowledge of Libby! She is so kind and we couldn't have asked for better, everything was perfect from the first phone call, to the signing of the home. She communicated with us throughout it all, no matter what questions we had and when it was she was only a phone call or text away. Libby gave me suggestions and idea's that helped sell my property quickly.She did excellent job helping stage andget my house ready to sell,she knows what buyers are looking for and makes sure you as a seller are aware of the latest trends that buyers are looking for and will help you find what buyers like.She is a pro at what she does keeping up with all the newest and latest trends in remodeling a home and she has excellent taste with paint colors fixtures and other home improvements she is on top of it all!She even had her son come and help me which was very helpful in preparing my house to be sold I had a ton of showings the very first day it was listed and Libby was there from early in morning til late in the evening giving that extra effort to get my property sold her and her entire family were very helpful thru out the selling process every step of the way from start to finish she went the extra mile to see that the house would be shown at it's best her pictures really showed the house in it's best light including taking pictures of new windows installed they really looked good to me and prospective buyer high lighting all the positives in the house including the yard and tree's in short she is the best at what she does!

My husband and I are making a big move from Austin, Texas & buying our very first home in Beaumont and we needed someone who knew VA loan guidelines (which can be more strict than other home loans) We had stopped working with 3 other supposedly great realtors before finding Regency Real Estate Professionals and Libby is literally every home buyers dream come true when it comes to finding the perfect Realtor! She is very knowledgeable, quick responding, and on top of any and all details a home buyer needs to know and/or should consider. She fought to get us such an amazing deal on a beautiful home (which has closed in record time!) and we are so thankful we found her and her team. We had hired an another realtor that did not have time to set up an open house, pick up our calls, or give us any updates of our showings since we have several homes on the market. Libby and team at Regency helped us sell our homes that sat on market for month(5) in 2 weeks. Thanks to her aggressive approach of marketing of the homes.
