I didn't think buying a home was even possible for me. I didn't have the best credit score. I contacted Abraham Artavia to explore the possibilities of buying a home and he found a way! He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. It has been the easiest home buying experience I have been through! He has changed my life and would totally recommend you contact him even if you think buying a home is not possible. I did and it has worked out. I dealt with Matt Crawford Jr , Believe me when I say the greatest realtor ever . He showed me and my husband some prospective real estate that blew our minds . He is a wonderful person with a great personality and a all around great persona ! He gave us time to get our thought process together on what house we wanted and what we were looking for. The worst company to deal with. Mr Graham is not honest and will never recommend him to anyone. He representated me as his client.He was not forthcoming about complete details of the property.Glad we came to know about the property details well in advance from someone. I had to take advise of another realtor who let us know why the property was in the market was so long. Mr Graham blamed us for having the knowledge. He was very arrogant in his behavior and would never recommend him to anyone else.

Wow- where do I start? Words cannot express our gratitude with Levi. We were selling our home at about $285k and building a home for about $800k. Individuals who do not feel they need to be represented in a build - think again! You will think things will not happen throughout that process or that it will not happen to you and it could. To make a long story short, we almost did not get our new build as it appraised lower than the sales price. Thank GOD for Levi's knowledge, passion, and attentiveness to Veterans and the VA Jumbo Loan. We thought if we walked away- we could lose ALL earnest money as that is what the builders contract says. Levi quickly knew about the VA Amendment and tremendously assisted us with speaking to the builder about it. He was BY OUR SIDE 100% of the time and never gave up. He listened, understood our needs and was there for us no matter what. I am not kidding when I say he is the BEST agent out there. I interviewed 7 and have used 1 in the past. I hate to say this, but do not go with a friend or relative solely because you are fond of them. Please hire somebody like Levi, who is knowledgeable and will help you profit as well and is realistic with you. For both the sale and build of the home, Levi was our ROCK! He is hilarious and super fun to work with too. I am not the easiest customer and am on top of my stuff and Levi always respected that and never got irritated or seemed irritated by it. THANK YOU Levi for FAR exceeding our expectations. We are a loyal customer for life.
