When contemplating selling our house, the first person that came to mind was Sarah Dalton. I reached out to her to ask a few questions before making the final decision. The personal attention she provides is both caring, professional and honest. She treats your home as though it is hers and provides necessary feedback to look out for your best interest. On a 10-point scale -- Laurie is an eleven.Laurie helped us sell my mother-in-law's home. Everything about our sale was perfect. I was particularly impressed with her research, pricing strategy, marketing, and negotiating skills. Once we put the house on the market, we had competing bids and went to contact at more than the asking price! Just as important was how well Laurie worked with our family and how well she communicated with my mother-in-law as we prepared the home for sale. We are very happy customers. Our entire family will use Laurie for all of our real estate transactions and we will enthusiastically recommend her to everyone!

Laurie was great. As a first time buyer, I learned much from her. She never pressured me into anything I was unsure about. She showed me houses the same way she would assess a house for herself to live in. Any potential problems a house might have was made very clear to me so that way I could make as honest of a decision as possible.

Laurie is absolutely outstanding! The local housing market hasn't been easy for buyers , with homes being scooped up are barely a few days after they are listed. This is why is it so important to have an agent who is both very familiar with the rapid changes in new listings on the market and equally quick, efficient and proactive in representing her clients. I am so grateful that Laurie was recommended to me through a friend - who also found and her new home through Laurie. Laurie was a pleasure to work with. The BEST in the biz! We have worked with other realtors in the past, who aren't nearly as knowledgeable, helpful, or honest. She cares about her job and her clients. She takes care of you and makes sure you are in the know and understand the processes. She was "on it'". If we have questions or concerns, she got answers immediately or did the necessary to put our concerns at ease. Buying/Selling a home at the same time can be extremely stressful, but with Laurie's help the process went a lot smoother than I would have ever imagined. I will recommend Laurie to all my friends who need a realtor in the future.

We worked with Laurie on buying our first house and then selling it a few years later. She is wonderful to work with, incredibly patient, and answers all of our questions. She has worked with first time sellers/buyers many times so she is great at answering your questions before you even have them! Laurie was wonderful to work with, she helped us buy a for sale by owner property and the buyer was not easy at any point a long the way. She gave us helpful advise every step of the way and always answered any questions quickly and clearly. I would recommend her to any of our friends or family.
