Terrible experience. Took almost 3 weeks of notice responses from Kyle due to his unannounced 'vacation' in the middle of our buying process. Missed deadlines, false repair representations, and refused to return EMD after breaking contract obligations.

Kyle was a pleasure to work with. Never pushy, but was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. When we were in the process of writing offers, he knew exactly how we should word the offer in order to have the best chance of being accepted in today’s housing market. We actually got our offer accepted on the first house we offered on. Even after the sales agreement was signed, Kyle helped every step of the way. I took his advice on a title company to work with and the whole process from start to finish was extremely easy and stress free.
