Kyle was very prompt and responsive to every question asked . He sold and closed on both of our homes in 30 days . He was amazing to work with . With all of this being said we ever left with a profit . He showed me so many homes without hesitation. When walking into our current home ?? I knew this was our forever home . Kyle was fantastic for my wife and I when we were buying our first home. He negotiated heavily for us, walked is through every process, and have us his recommendations. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and he was always in our corner. One thing that really stuck out to us is that when we closed on our house, the sellers did not have sets of spare keys because they had digital locks. Kyle personally got a locksmith out to the house and got us 2 sets of keys for all of the doors. It was a really great touch.
