We originally connected with the Hines Team when we were looking to relocate to Smithfield, North Carolina. While that move didn’t end up being our long-term fit, nearly four years later when it came time to sell our home, there was no question about who we would call.From start to finish, Kirsten and Beth Hines handled everything—and did so with professionalism, precision, and care. The listing photos were beautiful, communication was clear and consistent, and our home was on the market and sold in under 60 days, which was incredibly impressive.Kirsten was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, and Beth was a fierce advocate for us during negotiations, always making sure our best interests were protected. The Beth Hines team is great, but Marsha House is awesome! Marsha kept us informed, worked diligently on our behalf, and is extremely detail oriented. Our experience in the purchase of our home was great. Marsha met us the day she showed us the house, but treated us as we were family from the very beginning.

Our agent was Crystal Johnson and she is amazing! From the very beginning she was extremely helpful providing all the information we need it. She is very knowledgeable and quickly responded to our text/emails answering all our questions. We left NC before we close and I was able to do that because I knew she had everything under control. I’m very grateful to Crystal and the great work she did for. I would highly recommend her.

Shelby is everything you want in a realtor! She is personable, knows the area, will help you find exactly what you are looking for AND will stand by your side through everything! She has your best interest at heart!! Shelby is very good at her craft especially and will not allow anything get through the cracks. You can trust her with your relocation from out of state, out of town or just because you want something different. Shelby has the experience you want in a realtor! We are so grateful to Shelby for helping us with our big move!!

Leaving this review with hopes to help others looking for an OUTSTANDING realtor. Shelby Rockwell was an absolute rockstar. We had a very hard time with our lender though this entire process. Shelby was professional, punctual, thorough, and the reason we were able to buy our first home! She continually worked day and night to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed, even when our lender couldn’t seem to get it together on their end, Shelby persisted and got us into our home with every stipulation we asked for! Not to mention, she was there for us emotionally and always super encouraging, as this process is not for the faint of heart. She was a literal superwoman and we are forever grateful for her hard work and dedication to her clients! There is no doubt that we would choose her over and over again, she exceeds any expectation and made buying our first home a reality! We thank you more than words could say!
