es: I sold a home in Mason, and purchased a home in Montgomery approximately 7-8 months ago.. My Mason home sat on the market for over 2 years with little to no activity…The home was on the market with another agent…But, I was working with the Hildebrand Team (Amy Baughman) to purchase a property in the Montgomery area…Suggestions were made to perhaps push along the sale of the Mason property…I took the advice and implemented the changes, and relative to her suggestions , the home sold immediately upon completion. This would not have happened without the assistance of the Hildebrand team. The timing of the sale, the purchase, with move in dates, were coordinated via the help of Amy; And, she made it all happen! We purchased the property in Montgomery/Symmes area, and closed within 2 weeks…Impressive!!! Just 2 months ago, I sold a home on Mason Road in Mason, and purchased a home also in the Mason area. The Mason road property needed some face-lifts, both on the exterior and interior. Again, with the suggestions of Amy Baughman and the Hildebrand Team…the cosmetics were completed…Additionally, the suggestion was made to have a home inspection prior to putting the home on the market, so there were no surprises…Good suggestion, as we had several issues to address and complete prior to the home being put on the market. Again, the house went on the market…sold with the first showing, for a price above asking price! Repeating her past performance, the sale and the purchase of the home on North Mallard Cove were coordinated for the move. I am extremely grateful for the assistance and coordination of Amy Baughman…Her professionalism and knowledge goes above and beyond what I have experienced with prior agents for home purchases and/or sales. Kevin and Mike are the BEST. We used them when we lived in Cincinnati over 15 years ago and we knew we had to use them again when we returned six months or so ago.
