Kevin was incredibly helpful in buying our house. He was able to secure a showing and negotiate a fair price for the house. He was very flexible and responsive when we wanted to see a house but he was never pushy. He would acknowledge any "issues" a house may have but would also provide input as to how to go about fixing it or asking for the seller to address it. I would absolutely work with him again.
