I have done business with Alice Kempf for approximately 5 years. Through her I have purchased three single family homes which I rent out and manage myself. Her first hand knowledge of investment home properties is priceless. She is incredibly patient, kind, level headed and always professional. I actually watched her crawl thru a narrow attic space in a dress to check out the duct work for me! I cannot recommend Alice enough and will always use her for my real estate transactions.
