Kathleen is a phenominal realtor!! I would highly recommend Kathleen to manage your home buying experience. She was very patient with us, as we looked at many houses for more than a year, and were very picky about what we were looking for. We found "the house", and then there was a glitch with the Title on the seller's side; which created much more work on Kathleen's part. She is very professional, there at all hours to brainstorm and manage the sale via text or a call, and excelled at trying to keep us positive and calm. Kathleen communicated regularly with our realtor selling our home in a different location, our lawyer, the realtor of the house we were purchasing, our mortgage company, and the law firm managing the title error. She managed the time lines and continually kept the documents up to date for everyone. She repeatedly demonstrated her knowledge of real estate and the law. She guided us through extenuating circumstances each time something came up.Kathleen's due diligence for over three months resulted in a successful purchase for us.

There are no words to describe how amazing it was to work with Kathleen! She sold our house on day 1 at the Open House - done, perfect, smooth and simple. We were all prepared due to all the guidance she had provided on prepping the house for a simple sale, eliminating all the stress. We had a very hard time finding the right place to buy however, and she stuck with us through lots of viewings and open houses until SHE found us the perfect home and we are so thankful! Highly recommend her to anyone needing a Realtor!

Kathleen was referred to us from my best friend who her and her family/ friends had the pleasure of entrusting Kathleen for all real estate needs. We listed our house in June searched for 3 months- worked with 2 realtors prior to finally matching with Kathleen. She is hardworking, professional, great at communication and truly listened to our needs. She made sure that we did not just find a house to settle on until we found the right one- and we did in Dec. from our initial meeting to our closing and after Kathleen has become someone we have a great relationship with that we will use in the future and refer any friends or family who are looking for a realtor.

Kathleen was knowledgeable and very responsive. We were moving in from out of state and did not have a lot of time. Having someone so helpful that knows the local market was key. Kathleen was there thru the inspection and had many contacts of local contractors to facilitate our transition into the new home. Highly recommended!

I received high quality service from Kathleen. She is great to work with and was very helpful in guiding me through the process. We encountered various challenges along the way and her experience was invaluable in dealing with those situations. She also has a great network of resources to recommend - from legal services and home inspector to contractors for electrical, structural, plumbing, and mold remediation. Kathleen was great to work with! I’ve worked we 3 realtors in the past and Kathleen is absolutely the best! She’s friendly, knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality! I felt very comfortable with her the first time we met. She was never condescending with any questions I had and was very informative every step of the way. If I reached out to her and she wasn’t available, (which wasn’t very often) I never had to wait more than a couple hours to her back from her. During the sale, I was very busy with personal things I had going on and I wasn’t always available. She was so understanding and patient with me which was so important to me. When I did speak with her, she was always very kind and comforting, not making me feel like I was putting her out or making things hard by not getting back to her right away.
