I own multiple properties in Virginia and have worked with the same real estate agent for many years. Recently, I found a piece of land in Maryland that interested me, but since my agent is only licensed in Virginia, she referred me to Jordan Anderson.I contacted Jordan and explained that I was interested in the property and asked if he could send me the listing information. He asked for my email address, which I immediately provided. He told me he was currently out on showings but would send the listing once he returned to the office later that day.Unfortunately, I never received anything from him that day or the following day. After waiting, I decided to call him again to follow up. During that conversation, he told me that I should simply look at the property on Zillow because whatever he would send me would be the same information available there.At that point, I thanked him for his time and ended the call, but honestly, I found the entire interaction disappointing and unprofessional. I later discussed the situation with my long-time real estate agent, and she also agreed that this was not the level of service a client should normally expect from a referred professional.What disappointed me most was not just the lack of follow through, but the feeling that my inquiry was not taken seriously. In real estate, professionalism, communication, and responsiveness matter regardless of the size or value of the transaction. Every client deserves basic courtesy and effort.This review is not personal. I simply believe people should know about my experience with Jordan Anderson so they can make informed decisions when choosing representation with him.

Jordan did an excellent job helping our family find two houses side by side. We are relocating from out of state so it wasnt an easy process for us. Jordans availability and knowledge of the area was key in our success! It was a pleasure working with Jordan and would highly recommend him!

Working with Jordan was a great experience from start to finish. We viewed quite a few homes and he never steered us in a bad direction. He really listened to what we needed for our large family and made sure we stayed within our budget without feeling limited in our options.Throughout the lengthy process, Jordan stayed in consistent communication with us and our mortgage officer, always keeping us informed and answering any questions we had. His advice was thoughtful and honest, which is exactly what we needed to help make tough decisions and it made us feel confident in those decisions. I really enjoyed working with Jordan on my first home purchase. He simplified the whole process making it a more enjoyable experience. He understood my wants and needs throughout the process saving us valuable time which was great with my busy schedule. He let me take the lead in the decision process, I did not feel pressured at all. His advice was always for my benefit. Jordan was very responsive. We would meet once a week to look at homes but he would still contact me on his downtime when he was in the area to see if I could squeeze something in or had any questions or concerns. When I did close on a home the deal I got was better than I was expecting thanks to his experience and expertise. We are so thankful to have connected with Jordan! He stuck with us for nearly a year looking to find the perfect home for us! And we did! He had us a showing the day it listed and offer submitted quickly! He was always right there when we had any questions, which as first time buyers, we had alot! He worked seamlessly with the mortgage team, inspector, title company, & insurance company. The entire process was so streamlined, we were never left wondering what was happening next! I feel very lucky to have worked with Jordan on my first home purchase. Jordan's expertise on the area was so helpful since I was relocating. He helped to guide me in the right direction and was always available to answer my questions. Jordan had my best interest at heart through the entire process and fought to get me the best deal possible. He has extensive knowledge of properties and the housing market and as a bonus he is an all around good human. If you are looking for an agent in the area, Jordan should be your first choice. I was on a tight budget and my process of finding a home took some time but Jordan never gave up on me. I am so happy with the end result and would not want to work with anyone else.
