Many years ago, Jon Modine sold my parents home. He did such a good job and stayed in touch with my Dad. Just before my Dad passed, he said, “I want Jon to sell my house.” I called Jon and only Jon. Not only did he walk me through the process, but he was very knowledgeable when things went a little sideways with the trust. We had an offer in 3 days and it was a great one! He stayed with us through all of that and we closed on the home last week! I’m so glad I listened to my Dad!

First time home seller. Jon and his team were patient and walked me through the whole process. Quick to answer all of my questions fast and accurately. Calmed my fears. Ultimately Jon and his team sold my house the first day on the market for well over asking. Extremely happy customer who could not make a higher recommendation for a realtor.

Outstanding experience utilizing Jon and his team! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the area and the market! Home was on the market less than 24 hours and had 4 offers all above list price. Not being from this area it was comforting to use someone I could trust. Highly recommend this realtor and would use again it I wasn’t moving from the area.

Very happy with the job he and his staff did. Questions were answered in a timely fashion. Compared to all the virtual pictures we have watched where we are moving to it was the best. The virtual pictures of the property were especially impressive. Showings were well organized and yielded 2 offers on the third day.
