We had a very positive experience working with our agent to sell our home. He was our second agent, and after a disappointing experience with our first, the difference was immediately apparent.From the beginning, he was honest and straightforward with us. He gave us realistic advice, even when it wasn’t necessarily what we wanted to hear, and we always felt we could trust what he was telling us. He was reasonable, accessible, and dependable—and when he said he was going to do something, he followed through.He also went the extra mile throughout the process. One thing we especially appreciated was that he recognized the pride of ownership we had put into our home. He didn’t treat it as just another listing. He understood what made our home special and made sure prospective buyers understood that as well.Selling a home can be stressful, and having an agent who is honest, responsive, practical, and willing to put in the effort makes an enormous difference. John Miller and his team are the BEST! John has an excellent understanding of the home market in La Quinta and beyond . He went out of his way to make the sale of our home a seamless process, provided advice, and supplied contacts for various repairs. His communication skills are excellent. He always returns calls promptly and provides answers to questions, no matter how many! He and his team made the paperwork process flow smoothly. John Miller of the John Miller Group did an amazing job representing me in the purchase of my golf course-fronting home in Trilogy La Quinta this year. I was referred to John and his team by my lifelong friend who was already a Trilogy resident. Being a broker myself (inactive) I have a good sense about when a broker is genuinely adding value rather than just brokering a deal. I had met John a number of times over the last couple of years when I was a seasonal renter in the community. It was clear to me that he was knowledgeable and professional in all of his dealings and has earned the respect of the Trilogy community. When I began looking, John listened carefully to what was important to me so he was able to give specific advice about why a property might be a good fit or not based on the location, natural light, sound, view that I desired.When we found “the one” he advised me while we drafted the offer by providing recent comps. During the escrow process, John provided vendors for inspections, and was onsite as I was not able to attend. After the inspections were completed he provided vendors and bids for needed work and upgrades to assist me in negotiating with the seller and for getting the house in shape. Importantly, John was always there, always picking up the phone when I wanted to ask him about “one more thing.” He even helped me through my cold feet! After closing John made sure I had the contacts for utilities and services for the home and occasionally checks in with offers of preowned furniture from his other sellers who are moving out. I cannot recommend him enough! He understands the La Quinta real estate market from every angle and you will be in good hands whether you are buying, selling or renting.

John and Dave both did an outstanding job. Great advice on listing at a premium price to the current market, and getting that price. Dave and John stayed close through the whole escrow process. His knowledge of the market at the Trilogy is unmatched, and he made several key recommendations that best positioned the house for sale at a market leading price. John also found the best buyer from among his many contacts in the area, and deftly managed the communication between the parties. John also found the best handyman, and various service professionals to renovate the house prior to listing. I strongly recommend John for either the buy or sell side of the real estate market, particularly in the Trilogy and general La Quinta market!.
