Joe was incredible to work with during the entire process! Professional, responsive, flexible, and willing to give a direct and honest answer. He worked with us for months while we looked at different houses and different properties until we finally selected the right one. He then helped us sell our original home and made the whole process quick and seamless. Joe made sure we were kept well informed of every detail, and was always available to contact. His insight, experience, and opinions were invaluable during this. Working with Joe was very enjoyable, and he made us feel confident and secure while we progressed forward. Joe is wonderful! It took us 3 realtors before we finally found one who knew what he was doing and got the job done--with multiple offers in less than a week and the house being sold shortly after! We also had tenants living in the house at the time we put it up for sale, and Joe was great with playing the middle-man and communicating with both the tenants and the potential buyers. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
