We found Jody through realtor reviews on Zillow - her reviews were stellar. Those reviews were correct! We reached out through her eXp Realty website's "contact us" and Jody got right back to us. She spent time with us via zoom discussing the housing market in Toledo. We had found a home that was exactly what we wanted and Jody immediately arranged a virtual viewing for us taking into account the fact that we were in Nevada on Pacific coast time. She got answers to all our questions. She then spent a portion of her weekend helping us write the perfect offer. Now we own the home of our dreams. Jody, Denay, and the eXp Realty team were fantastic! We were selling my father's house in Maumee, Ohio, and we live in the Cleveland area, and Jody's team was super helpful and supportive through the entire process. They were flexible to meet with us on our visits into town, and were able to map out a plan for us, and everything fell into place! It was an amazing experience. From start to finish, they kept us in the loop. I am so glad we went with Jody and her team, and would not hesitate to reach out to her in the future! Oh, and definitely go with the staging of the house! I admit when they approached me about staging, I thought "why would I spend the money on that", but it was so worth it. It gave the house a fresh new look that we would not have thought of, and it more then paid for itself in the end! Thank you so much!

Jody and her team are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, and understanding to any situation and will work with you to get into your dream home. Fast courteous service. Provided a great reference for a stager which facilitated getting multiple viable offers within first week of listing with several being well above the listing price. No hitches in the contract negotiations due to her higher level of experience.

Long before she was my realtor, Jody was my friend. Is friendship a good enough reason to choose a realtor? Maybe, maybe not, but I knew Jody's big personality and get 'er done drive, so I didn't hesitate. We looked at a villa in February, closed in March and sold and closed on our old house in May. It didn't even go on the market! Jody and her team got things done so quickly and easily, my head is still spinning! Highly recommend the Jody Zink Team.

We moved to Toledo from Michigan to buy our first home, during a frenzied sellers' market. Denay and Jody made the process seamless and as painless as it could be. I knew from the first time I met Denay that I could trust her, and she did not disappoint in the amount and quality of the advice as she guided us through the lengthy and sometimes confusing path to home ownership. We got the perfect house in the exact part of the exact neighborhood that we really wanted! Denay and Jody looked out for us through the entire process, recommended excellent lender and insurance providers, I literally could not be happier with the level of service and sheer expertise that we got from them. Hopefully I never have to move again but if I do I'm calling these two first.
