I'm glad we chose Jeremy. He was only the second agent we met, but the first was too full of himself -- convinced he knew the neighborhood better than us, convinced we'd never get the price we wanted, and tried hard to convince he was the ONLY agent who could sell our home -- basically, the kinda guy who'd never been wrong a day in his life. Jeremy was exactly the opposite: outgoing, willing to listen, and he recognized that we had, after almost 25 years of living in Albuquerque, a pretty keen grasp of the market and of this particular neighborhood. He took our knowledge and our goals seriously, did it all with a fantastic sense of humor and great patience and, once we hired him, he put everything on the proverbial table: here's what I can do for you guys, here's how we're gonna do it, and now tell me what you want us to do. I will do whatever you want me to do. We gave him a price, and we got that price. His communication was always quick and responsive to our needs. Jeremy is an "above and beyond" kind of guy. Worked with him on a purchase while overseas in England. He worked around the time change, was proactive on getting required inspections and assessments, and continued to update us. Took great videos of the properties we looked at and helped us narrow down our search. He walked us through all the way to the end. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.
