Needed to sell quickly in order to purchase dream home .Sarah Gavett and her team created a strategy ,excuted the plan within my time frame. They produced 25 buyers and 12 offers in 2 wks.House sold for 13k over asking price at all cash with no contingencies.Unreal experience. Nothing but solid business acumen. Highly recommend her!!!!

After thorough research on some of the best brokers in Maine, we decided to go with the Mateja Group for the sale of our home. Jeff was our realtor and I don't have one regret with this decision. He is a great communicator, easy to work with, flexible, and best of all, sold our home quickly and above the asking price. His support team around him was amazing as well. They use virtual tour, put up great photos of our home, and use technology resources (apps) to make the showings/communication so easy. It's a no-brainer, go with Jeff and his team.

The most outstanding image that stands out to me is the cheerfulness that they all portray on the phone. Its amazing how you just feel them smile!They sure know their marketing as we were so skeptical after being stung by our first broker. Very efficient and sticks to business. They are working hard for us now finding us a home after selling ours in 5 days!!!

Sheila Fay was very helpful to me for buying a home in Union ME.She was always prompt at our meetings and was easy to reach when I had any questions. She even paid out of her own pocket for rent that was due by tenants when there was a confusion as to who was responsible for the rent due. We spent about a good part of a year to find the right home for me. After closing she stayed in touch to answer any outstanding questions.I would definitely go with her again for any future real estate purchases.

Working with everyone on Jeff's team made the selling process of a beloved family vacation home much more manageable than we anticipated it to be. This home was being sold because my mother is elderly and my father passed away. Jeff and his team understood what this home meant to us. Everyone on his team was accessable daytime, nights and weekends. They all worked very hard and always kept a positive attitude. He and his team went above and beyond to help us prepare the home for the market, and make sure everything was in place by the date of the close. In the end, we received above the bank evaluation for the home. Our family was very pleased with the service we received and the outcome.
